Minimum Age Requirements

Spa Services are for adults ages 18 and up. However, teens ages 16 to 17 may enjoy treatments when accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire experience. The parent or guardian will be required to fill out a consent waiver upon arrival as part of the intake forms.

Payment and Pricing

All services (minus express & waxing services) include use of our amenities. As such you are welcome to arrive up to an hour before and stay up to an hour after your scheduled service time. We provide a towel, flip flops and a robe, but do ask that if you wish to enjoy the hot tubs or cold plunge, that you please bring a bathing suit.

If you do not wish to use the amenities during your visit, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check-in and a few moments to enjoy the spa facilities or finish any intake forms. To maintain the serenity of the environment, please turn off your cell phone upon arrival. Keep in mind that you will be required to show a photo ID at check-in.

Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start time of your appointment for any cancelation or rescheduling requests. If reservations have not been cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, the 50% of price of the service will be charged. Appointments missed without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service cost.

These fees cannot be applied to future booking and you may be asked to pay a 50% - 100% deposit when rebooking in the future.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be bought in person or online but cannot be purchased over the phone. Gift cards are valid for 1 year after purchase and can be used towards services, gratuity and products. Guests are responsible for any reminder due that a gift card does not cover. Any balance left on the gift card must be used before the expiration date; expiration dates will not be adjusted based on when the card is used. Gift cards must be present at the time of service for security purposes.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. A 20% gratuity will be added to each spa treatment received. Should you wish to leave more than the minimum 20%, this can be adjusted at checkout or you can leave additional gratuity in cash. Please note, we are a cashless establishment, so we cannot produce change if you wish to leave additional gratuity in cash.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We DO NOT accept cash or check payments.
