Amenity access is subject to availability. Please call the spa on the day of your visit to confirm availability.
Membership & Billing Details
A 20% gratuity will be applied to your monthly membership service at the time of service. Any upgrades, enhancements, or additional services selected beyond the included membership benefit will also be charged at the time of service.
Unused monthly service credits will automatically roll over to the following month. Credits may not be gifted, sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
Active memberships may be paused for up to three (3) consecutive months. Please contact SOAK Spa for assistance with placing your membership on hold.
